WHAT NEXT?
Once we have received you forms and payment in the office; firstly our solicitor will be it contact to confirm all details. Our mortgage broker will then contact you with their advice. Once the mortgage offer is issued our insurance broker will contact you to arrange appropriate insurance cover.
When paying our finders fee, you can rest assured we have been inside the property, checked out the area, spoken to our approved local letting agent and a local surveyor.
Please remember by using our skill and local knowledge you save more money than our finders fee by buying the property at the right price. You also get to use our preferred letting agent, solicitor and mortgage broker.
